1. Product Introduction:

GL-7 strong acid protective suit is a kind of overall-structure clothing made of nylon cloth with double sided coating of strong acid resistant rubber materials through some processes, such as binding – sewing – sticking etc. It is one of chemical protective suits provided by us, has the characteristic of strong acid resistance if used together with gas mask and protective gloves. In the case of rescue operations carried out to dangerous chemicals, especially those of strong acid/alkali nature, it can prevent the rescue group from any body injury resulted from strong acid/alkali chemicals.

2. Major Technical Indicators:

Anti-penetration time: Keep impermeable within 60 minutes for 98% nitric acid, 98% sulfuric acid, 36% hydrochloric acid, 50% sodium hydroxide;

Tensile strength: > 11.0KN/m;

Tear strength (drop weight method): > 6N;

Ageing resistance ( 140 ℃ ± 2 ℃ x 8h): Non viscous or fragile;

Anti-freezing property (opposite folding at -4 0 ℃ x 5' ): Flawless;

Adhesive strength of stickup strip: > 0.78KN/m.
