ACETONE
Properties
Acetone is colorless, transparent, volatile, inflammable liquid with light poisonous and soluble in water. Its explosion limit is 2.55-12.8%(v/v). The density is 0.789g./cm3. Boiling point is 56.6C and melting point is -94.6C. Acetone has an active chemical performance which is easy to have the reaction of addition, polycondensation, halogenation.
Usage
Acetone is an important organic material in chemical, medicine, paint, plastic fields etc., as well as a good organic solvent.
Package
Acetone should be packed in the 200L galvanized iron drums with 150kg net weight. Or using the stainless tank truck.
Safety
Acetone is volatile. It is combustible when met with high temperature, open fire and strong oxidizer, Volatile compound is easy to be made when it mixed with air so attention should paid to prevent from fire.
