It is the catalyst for cis-polybutadiene rubber polymerization.

It is corrosive to human body and it can make the skin burn and rankle after contact. The product shall be diluted to safe concentration (20g/L) before use. The product vapor is irritate to respiratory tract and the conjunctiva. Safety appliance is necessary for operators.
