With a vision to be a major player in the noodles business, Al Ghurair Foods installed one of the largest noodle manufacturing lines in the world. Located in the Jebel Ali industrial area, this state-of-the-art plant is capable of producing one million packs of fried noodles per day. The line is completely automated from start to finish, with no manual intervention at any stage of the production process.

To suite the taste of today's consumers, our flavours have been developed after many months of consumer research, and then prepared by one of the leading Savoury and Flavour houses in Europe . The same level of consumer input went into the development of our noodles cake to guarantee a consistently smooth and luxurious texture in every single pack.

Moreover, we use raw materials from our own flour mills and edible oil refinery, which further ensures the quality and freshness of Bustan Noodles.
