Production
Our two mills in Dubai , together with our flour mills in Algeria , Sudan , Lebanon and Sri Lanka , have an average daily milling capacity of over 5,500MT of wheat. All our mills use only the finest quality wheat imported from Australia , Canada and India .
Staffed by experienced professionals, the milling process in each of our mills is state-of-the-art, enabling us to consistently produce the highest quality flour.
